振動(dòng)篩（圓振動(dòng)篩）的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡呈圓周，是一種多層數(shù)（一般有1~4層）、高效新型的振動(dòng)篩，專為對(duì)物料進(jìn)行不同顆粒大小的篩分而設(shè)計(jì)，特別適用于重型、中型和精細(xì)篩分等各種篩分作業(yè)，是初級(jí)破碎、二級(jí)破碎和成品料的理想篩分設(shè)備。

1、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)

圓振動(dòng)篩（振動(dòng)篩）是由篩箱、篩網(wǎng)、篩框、激振器、橡膠彈簧、支架、主軸等組成，其結(jié)構(gòu)平面示意圖（剖析圖）如下：

2、工作原理

振動(dòng)篩的工作原理，或說工作流程主要?dú)w結(jié)如下：

①通過偏心塊的旋轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)生激振力，從而使篩箱隨之產(chǎn)生圓周往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)；

②物料在傾斜的篩面上連續(xù)做近似圓的彈跳翻滾運(yùn)動(dòng)，通過反復(fù)的與篩孔進(jìn)行比較，小于篩孔尺寸的物料透篩，大于篩孔尺寸的物料在篩面上；

③根據(jù)篩網(wǎng)，篩孔的大小，最終篩分成不同尺寸的物料。

二、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)

1. 采用筒體式偏心軸和偏心塊調(diào)節(jié)振幅提高了激振力，增加產(chǎn)能。環(huán)槽鉚釘聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)，堅(jiān)固耐用；

   Adjustment of amplitude of vibration through cylindrical eccentric shaft and eccentric block improved the excitation force and capacity. Advanced structure of ring groove rivet joint makes it strong and durable.

2. 物料篩淌線長，有效提高篩分效率、篩分均勻；

   Long sieving line of material effectively improved the screening efficiency, and the material screened is even.

3. 篩分規(guī)格多、范圍廣，可按具體要求選配和定制；

   Wide screening range and specification for choosing, it can also be tailored.

4. 采用含錳優(yōu)質(zhì)彈簧鋼編織篩網(wǎng)，使用壽命長，不易堵孔；另有棒條、聚氨酯等多種不同材質(zhì)可選；

   Screening mesh made of manganese contained high-quality spring steel gives it longer service life, its hole is not easy to be blocked. The alternative material of the screening mesh can be steel bar, polyurethane and others.

5. 采用輪胎聯(lián)軸器，柔性鏈接，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，維修方便快捷；

   Flexible connected with tire coupling, smooth operation, simple structure, easy maintenance.

6. 振動(dòng)器采用大游隙軸承，稀油潤滑、噪聲低、壽命長。

   Wide clearance of bearings is used for the vibrator. The vibrator is lubricated with thin oil lubrication, it has low noise and long service life.

備注：設(shè)備篩網(wǎng)規(guī)格等可根據(jù)用戶的設(shè)計(jì)要求定制、振動(dòng)篩的篩分量因篩孔出料規(guī)格尺寸、物料含泥量、含水率等的不同，實(shí)際處理量以生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場為準(zhǔn)。

Note: Specification of screening mesh can be tailored as per customer’s design and requirement. Processing capacity of the screen varies from sieve size, percentage of mud contained and moisture content of the material. The actual handling capacity is based on the production site.
